One picture of your last outing.

De-winterized the boat in Maryland, changed the oil and plugs and went for a ride out to a local waterfront place. I've been using the 255XD in Florida since October and I didn't realize how much I have become used to the lateral thrust feature of DriveX. I managed fine on the 222XD, but found myself thumbing for the sidestep button on the wheel to no avail before I was thinking about what I was doing. I fortunately had the fleet admiral with me to tie off the bow of the boat to the pier while I gently eased the stern back towards the dock between two other boats.....but it'd have been dicey without her given the tight space. With DriveX this sort of thing is super easy on my own.

@TommyMcK, Isnt it funny how the muscle memory is? I was so good with my old 242LS and working the throttles to maneuver. Then we moved to the 255XD and I was like nahhh, I wont use these paddles.. then I started playing with them and I'm hooked now too.

I recognize this ramp from The Big Dan Show on YouTube. Just know there’s always a camera on you! 🤣
We see him there often. Makes my wife a little nervous when he’s there seeing she’s the one backing the trailer in but she does a great job.

@Babin Farms

I was about to type the same thing about the ramp. I noticed it from his YouTube shows. Was watching one from this last weekend and a poor guy in a pontoon trying to get on the trailer and it was just horribly painful but, I noticed all the AL registrations. Where is this ramp?

BTW, my wife is the same way when she knows here is a camera..lol But now my son is doing the backing up and he's a Honey-Badger. He don't care LOL

Final shakedown before the Bimini run?
I have some family in town and it looks like rain later in the week so I took a couple of days off. Taking the boat out again today and planning on taking it out as much as I can before Bimini.

My last outing was in a kayak this afternoon, to get out to my dock and survey the damage. This is what happens when the lake rises 3 1/2' above normal levels, and then some storms with heavy winds roll through. The dock floated up off several of the poles, then rotated about 90* and has been stable in that spot for about three weeks. Water has come down about 2' in the past two days. There was remarkably little damage to the dock. I think i'll be able to swing it back into position tomorrow and get the rest of the poles back in.
