Lucky 13 ( L13 ) Anti-Cavitation Cone Install / 2016 AR240

Last question? Maybe? 🤣

Does anyone know the OEM O-ring size / model number for the cone? I want to have a spare on hand in case I booger up the one on the stock cone.

I've looked everywhere, even in the service manual, and I can't find the specific model number for this o-ring. (I have found the size for the smaller pumps and I'm' not sure if they're the same.)

For the 160mm pump - I have an AR195

Checked the tunnels. All looks good except right inside the grate on both tunnels (exact same place on both) there is about 2" of sealant that looks caved/sunken in. So I'll fill that in before going back out this week to try different washer combos.

Looking at the dry weight difference of our boats, mine is about 400-500 lbs heavier. Do you think that would be enough to make the washer setup of our cones

Did you remove the intake grate to seal the tunnel? If so did you have reseal any part of the intake grate?

I did not remove it. I was able to reseal everything that needed it without doing so.
