Hi there.
I recently inherited this boat.
It needed a starboard motor. I swapped the motor with a replacement.
Upon first startup, it seemed to stumble with throttle. If you're easy on it, it'll freely rev. But if you stab the throttle, it'll stumble and then rev, or it'll stall.
My gauges don't appear to work, but I ordered the cables for the Yamaha diagnostics and it showed a code 63 (incorrect intake air system signal). It wasn't an active code, but definitely last time I had it on the hose warming up for the first time.
It isn't clear to me what causes the code. I was sure it was going to be a throttle position sensor or MAP.
Any suggestions?
