2014 210sx speedometer paddle broke

Just got this boat that was fairly neglected since 2014. Discovered this speedo paddle under the boat. I cannot find the top in the engine bay. It looks like the bilge pump would be where this should be. Anyone been there, done that?

The Airmar speedo is not in the engine area, it's about 6 inches lower in the bottom of the hull - the engines are mounted higher in a separate bay.
Use the SEARCH function and you'll find lots of info about it.
 
Unscrew the tray under the clean out hatch. A dozen or so screws. Also remove the inspection plate and unscrew the big hose clamps sealing the clean out plug tubes to the underside of the tray. This will give you access to the real bilge under and behind the motors. That xducer was beached too many times. You can see the gravel/sand stuck in it.
