2018 Scarab 255 Open ID Audio Upgrade

Have a new to me 2018 255 Open ID. It has the optional Touchscreen upgrade and the Kicker system but it's a bit underwhelming to me and gets a little nasty sounding when turning up louder. Any suggestions for upgrades? Add tower speakers? I'm electrically challenged so the easier the better but definitely looking to improve the sound if I can. Thanks in advance!
