2020 yamaha 195s cavitation My buddys

My buddy has a 2020 yamaha 195s with cavitation issues I noticed it's only partially smooth. I can only explain it like it was machined but not perfectly round
 
have you pulled the impeller to look at it yet ?

A picture would help us understand what you're talking about not being perfectly round,
