If you haven't figured this out, it usually means the actual Fusion radio has been turned off (at the transom). Turn that back on with the power switch on the Fusion head unit and you should get access back on the main screen. May need to cycle your batteries.

Having same problem on a 2020 275sd. Replaced the rear remote, still same issue. I'm leaning toward the Fusion MS-BB300 unit being no good. They don't make it anymore. The new one is MS-WB675

my fusion ms-b300 was junk .....replaced it with Fusion Apollo MS-WB675 ....all is working can see the song title in connect screen but cant control it off connect screen ...still all locked ......
