2025 mercury 40hp jet drive tiller steer

HELLO, MY 1st post here, I purchase this motor about a month ago today is 7/7/2025 and have 8 hours on this unit, so my question is that at higher speed this motor goes from in gear and crusing to WHAM the boat slams into neutral no warning wow what a rush, can anyone give me some aid here. Also the dealer installed this motor on my 16ft grizzley tracker boat 2011 model, and also at higher speed there is a large uprising of water gushing up between boat and motor.
