24 AR220 throttle's randomly do not sync, boat has no power. (Vid attached)

2024 Yamaha AR220 with rougly 8 hours on it. If I run it over 30 min and let it sit for roughly the same time the throttles will not sync and the boat hesistates and will not get on plane. If I cycle the engines on and off enough times It will finally work. Thoughts on this? Ports are clean and its driving me nuts.
