Also I haven't changed the stator fluid. What would be symptoms of old bad stator fluid.

Did you check the vent hoses between carbs? Mine were plugged solid. Ran good after that but just developed a new issue. I think I have a leaky needle valve. But when the boat ran good, I got 41mph on the speeds, not GPS
