2008 ar230 ho lost port engine. Found relay assembly was bad. pn 60e-81950-00-00 Replaced it and engine operated normally for about 10-15 start ups over next couple days. Now it has the same problem. Not getting start signal to start relay and no key on activity and nothing when trying to turn over. I even replaced the start relay and relay assembly with new to make sure. Pinned out harness at the ecu plug on the engine harness checking for ground or voltage. Used good engine to compare and found some differences. Does anyone have the engine harness specs or know where I can find them. Im pretty sure the harness shorted to ground on some pins but would like to know what those pins control.

Maybe this helps?

Maybe a clean out switch is closed? or FNR switch closed? causing the ECU to NOT allow cranking? Good Luck!

You could try swapping the ignition switch plugs, cleanout switch plugs and lanyard switch plugs one at a time to rule each of them out.
