Anyone had their boat shipped and/or towed on a trailer and used a company they would recommend?

We had our boat shipped via uship. They are a third party that pairs up shippers and shippees. Kind of like eBay, you post what your shipping, when and where, and people bid on it. Shippers generally have reviews so you can see their track record. You can also see what others have shipped for to get an idea of what it might cost. It worked well for us, but obviously the actual shipper makes a difference.

Ditto on uship. Used it too.

Never used it, but Uber has a freight company called fr8star.com that can give a free quote and provide contact with shippers. May be another option.

Thanks for the responses. Went on uship and had 5 offers within an hour. Seems to be pretty competitive pricing and you’re also able to negotiate if someone gives you a quote.
