So my pump wear ring and prop pretty much blew up. I was able to replace everything now my last issue is the sleeve that covers the drive shaft broke off the hull one bolt I can see the head snapped off the other looks like it pulled out. Any idea on best way to reinstall this?

A little more details and context please. What happened exactly?
