Our 2019 195 shows it has a factory depth sounder, but we can't get it to come up on the display, I've tried every setting I can find. Does anyone know how to get the depth sounder to show up on the display? =0/

On my 215 I hit the “mode” button until the display reads “display”, then use the “adjust” toggle to get to the depth. I do not have the touchscreen system.

I did that multiple times, no dice... Wondering if the dealership may have replaced the instrument cluster and not reprogramed it so it knows there's a depth finder??????

I would look in your engine well for your transducer.
It will be a glue in shoot-thru hull transducer.
It will look like this
My guess is if it not showing up on the display there is not one installed, plugged in or damaged.
