Anyone using one of these?

I've been him-hawing around thinking I was going to get a Blackstone single burner for camping, and get a pedestal mount for the boat. Problem is those are stupid expensive, and they're heavy as dammit. Not to certain how I feel about that on the back of the boat.

This FireDisc thing came across my feed earlier this week, and I think it might fit the bill. Looks like it can break down pretty easily, it's fairly light, and should cool somewhat quickly on the boat. I'll have to make a custom mount for it, but otherwise I think it might be a better solution for car camping, and boating together.

Any thoughts?
