FSH bow seat cushions

My two forward facing bow seat cushions are soaked with water and can't seem to get them to dry. They are to the point that your shorts get wet when sitting in a completely dry boat, any suggestions?

Pull the foam out and ring it out

Take the foam out of the covers and see if you can’t ring it out and let it dry that way
