Where do you store your fishing tackle?

I was planning to use small plastic bins for my plastic worms and crappie jigs, but I've also got at least 6 plastic storage trays that I'm not sure how to stow. Need help.

We took the two backseats out of the back of the boat and use file storage bins we got from Staples to hold the plastic trays. This provides waterproof storage and keeps the tackle boxes out of sight. It also allows you to easily grab the two storage bins to take them off the boat so others can't touch them. You do lose the two seats though but it works for us.
