So I have a ‘25 252SD with 6 hrs on it have been having problems from day one with inconsistent depth finder readings, highest speed and average speed readings automatically resetting to “0” during each outing, as well as problems trying to turn off the neutral steering option in the DriveX menu. I don’t know if any of these issues are related and my dealer is 4 hrs away and hasn’t been much help so far. I’ve checked the battery connects, I charge the batteries before each outing and have tried turning the batteries off and the on. I have not tried disconnecting the batteries yet, but plan to that the next time out. I’m wondering if anyone knows whether these boats have a process for doing a hard reset. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Be sure and check all of the electrical connections you can find. I know some of these newer boats have a buss bar located in the engine bay and several people have found loose connections. I don’t know if that will solve your issue but it’s worth making sure those loose connections don’t exist and cause other issues.
