Descriptive Riddle Time to help me figure out what something is..
Vessel: 2011 Yamaha sx 240
Location Description:
On the stern, between the to two Jets, there is a fiberglass protrusion / portion that includes the bilge plug at the bottom. On the port side, the scupper tube / drain exists. On the starboard side, there is a "Hole" that is covered by a rubber cover with slits in it (asterisks shaped cuts if you will). With the engine off of course, I was able to stick my finger in it, I didn't really feel anything, and its under the water line so I am curious where / what it is.
If you are curious, I was in the water trying to make sure my bilge plug was still in the boat after taking on a good amount of water which, for now, I am attributing to an impeller cleanout cover blowout.
I cant seem to find any pictures online of the Starboard side of the stern of this boat, or I would circle it for you.. If there are no responses prior, I will take a picture next time I have it out of dry stack.
