I was running my motor on the hose this weekend and thought I had a fuel injector out which pulled the plug out and there was fuel coming out so I think I have that problem, but then pulled the rest. The spark plugs out and water stuff started coming out of the cylinders. Is this normal While the water was running?

Yes, the procedure for running on the hose is...Start the motor first, turn on the water. When done, turn the water off first, then turn the motor off.
If you left the water on while the motor was off, you likely flooded the exhaust water box and had water coming in the motor thru an exhaust valve and into the cylinder. You need to remove all the spark plugs and get the water out of all the cylinders. Water does not compress like air does and you will hydrololock the motor if you don't. That usually means a broken/bent connecting rod at the least.
