Ipad login required often.

I mostly use an Ipad (not sure what version but is about 2 years old) to view/post the forum. If I leave it for 10 minutes or so or open in a new page another forum post it requires me to log in again even though I check the "stay logged in box". I have searched and read and read but cannot find another likewise post.
Any help to work around this issue would be appreciated, it is quite annoying to say the least. My Android phone for instance stays logged in for weeks, maybe longer.

Do you have "allow cookies" set in safari? Try using another browser.
