Bought some plastic deep divers....not a huge fan of plastics over rigged & skirted ballyhoo....but summer time temps force the fish into deeper cooler water....gonna give them a try.

 
Nice!!! What are you going after with these. I’m rekindlin my fishing knowledge and skills... it’s kinda embarrassing that I can’t take the kids out fishing because I haven’t done it in so long!!! Hahaha
Edit: Take them fishing and actually catch anything! lol
 
Depends on the time of year, depth and speed. Summer time (now) I'll use the divers off shore if its later in the day (after 9am) going 7-10 knots for mahi.

During grouper season I'll use them over reefs slow trolling 1-3 knots.

Winter time use them just off the ledge (100-300ft depth) for Kingfish, Blackfin, Wahoo, Bonita.

They work for most situations and species if applied correctly in the correct location at the correct time of year.
