Lets use this thread for planning and where you go boating the most.

We live in Ridgefield wa and launch there often because its so close. We do most of our day trips up at Yale lake because the water is super clean. Ive seen several yamahas up there.

I’d really like to check out Merwin and Yale. My parents are in the Longview area so daytripping would be a possibility. We typically boat Mayfield and have been adventuring out to hit Lake Washington and Lake Roosevelt over the past summer but it’d be fun to branch out. Have either of those lakes got marina’s for overnight moorage? Campgrounds or VRBO’s? Not against daytripping at all but when I’m at new (to me) lakes it’s fun to be able to go sunset boating after dinner and get the whole day instead of loading up late and driving home.
