OEM cover fail?

I used to have 19ft and 24ft OEM covers that i was able to use...like a COVER. but the new 19+ non-tower19ft covers have holes for the bimini top(which I don't want ANY holes ) AND it does not allow for the bimini top to be stored UNDER the cover... WHY?!

I cannot use the cover as is. The cover would not fit with bimini under it. Back in the box it goes

yes...part number is specific to the non-tower (even says on the box and the cover it self)

My black cover has the bimini up holes. Let’s just the right amount of water and dirt in that you don’t want in a boat. With the cover poles, I am able to drop the sop and cover the bimini. Like you said, the box specifically stated for the SX-195, not the AR-195

If you have a pic, let me see how you do it. I couldn't even get the cover on it was so tight!

What part number are you using?

I had a 2014 SX192 and in 2017 I bought the cover that looks exactly like this.....




According to Leaders website, it is showing the same picture.

But I found this one on ebay. It is the same part number as Leaders but ends in -14 vs the -19. The -19 may be the one with the holes for the bimini now. This is the one I bought for my SX192.

How much difference in the SX192 vs the SX195? From pictures my SX192 looks a lot like a SX195 but the length and width may be slightly different.

I would pull the dimensions for an SX192 and an SX195. I'm betting they are damn near identical. The pictures I have seen of SX195 look almost exactly like my old '14 SX192.

I'm betting they only change in the cover is with or without the holes for the bimini.

ok no anti-pooling poles... I put them in since its going to stay outside at a storage lot. but ok. Its good to know
I also had pool noodle under so it wouldn't rest on the cushion but that may be what is preventing my cover from going on....but its like 1 INCH!

I tried not using the poles, didn’t pay attention to the weather, definitely had mosquitoes growing on the cover. Added poles, tighter fit, no bugs.

@Thermobrett I see your rub rail is showing... does it affect the cover while driving? all of my previous covers have covered the rub rail... and this one wouldn't

Then your probably SOL since they don’t make it like the -14 any longer.

I have an old grey one that was shot after a couple years that I replaced with the black one. The black one was much better. I’d give it to you so you could try to see if it fits if you paid the shipping… probably not cheap to ship.

But I won’t have acces to the cover to ship it until early May.

I only trailer about 5 miles with the cover on when I go to drop the boat off. I also tighten the rackets very tight. I do have a little play side to side so it may be pulled down on one side a little further than the other.
