Old TJ Jeep wheels and tires on trailer

Did anyone try this yes they were 5 4.5
I just wonder if the 15” would fit without rubbing.
They are cheap on Craigslist

Maybe with a lower profile tire?? You can get them in different sizes, so I'm sure some will fit.
