Picking up the 2011 ar 210 friday , I wanted to see what type of bumpers everyone was using . We trailer the boat everywhere but it usually sit in a slip for long weekends or we tie up on the river. I have a few Blue bumpers from my doo but not sure what everyone is using and works best w the new boat......

Congrats on the new boat, looking forward to seeing pictures of the new addition.

I use 6.5" round fenders for my 23'. I don't like the flat or skinny round fenders, I like to keep my boat far way from whatever it is tied to.

Really depends upon how wide the slip is. If width is not an issue, the bigger the better - 6.5 or even 8" and tie the boat up such that it is held away from the sides. The 8" ones can be a pain to store on the boat, though. In my case, our slip is 9' wide, so I have to use flat fenders as there is only 3" between the boat and the sides of the slip. No room for round fenders.
