Agreed! That's pretty messed up. I know it's not popular but I feel like boating should have a zero tolerance policy for alcohol. Just too many things that could go wrong.
I’m with you. My passengers are free to do as they please, and I’m happy to do the same on someone else’s boat. But when I’m operating my boat I don’t drink.
