Raptor Lift question

We own a Raptor lift in MI. The cable snapped very unexpectedly earlier this summer and we made contact with the company. They encouraged us to buy a new pnuematic system on our existing lift and we agreed on a price. We have been waiting on the company to set a date for installation and we haven’t heard a peep from them since the end of July. Does anyone know anything about the company and could help? We are getting very worried. Thanks!
