Removal of @help notifications

I have decided that I will not be active on the forum for the forseeable future. Could [USERGROUP=3]@Administrative[/USERGROUP] assist me or remove me from this notifications. I have logged in to change my preferences and I am still getting emails. All notifications that I can control are unchecked. I still am getting emails.
