Dear All,

I've just took delivery of a used 2015 Scarab 160 HO.

After connecting the Infiinity to my phone playing some music from Spotify. I immediately found a few problems:

1. The sound quality is super bad. It's like AM radio bad.
2. Left side (fader to the left) has sound but much lower volume compare to the right.

I checked all cables and seems to be intact.

Is it the Kicker or the Infinity problem? Anyone experience the same?

Much appreciate any response.

thx

I had this problem and it turned out to be a loose RCA connection. I guess some of the sound would still "bleed" into the non-working side.

Thanks for your advice, i'll try this tomorrow.

Today, the bilge pump failed....
