Stereo comm error / weird wiring

Good luck!

the audio es finally working, I got sound but now I can’t control the audio from the connect display and still have that beep and the message stereo comm error, of course the screen doesn’t know now that the audio is separate. Is there any wire that I am missing that allows me to control the audio from the connect or do I have to use a separate device for that?

The communication to connext is through the blue wire...it goes up to the back of one of the tachs I believe.

Yeah that’s what I thought, but my blue wire all it does is turn my amps on, so the blue goes from the head unit to the amps, I followed it and it does not go the connect. Looks like I am missing something. Because all I had connected to the old head unit was now connected to the new one, except for that relay #2 un the picture, So there should be another wire over there that goes to the connect and I have not seen that one.
