Quick question about the SVHO intercooler upgrade on my 2015 AR192. I have installed the SVHO intercooler a few times now on the boat, and realized a few parts I was missing. Most notably, the different shape of the pipe from the intercooler to the intake. I now have the correct pipe there.
My question is, in the picture attached. The hose circled (Part #10), which feeds air from the supercharger discharge into the intercooler...my stock hose doesn't seem long enough. I had everything on the SVHO intercooler mounted correctly, and when putting the stock hose (#10) on it seemed like it wouldn't seat on both ends. If i moved it to the "stops" on the supercharger end, the intercooler end wouldn't have enough rubber to grip and vice versa. Comparing the two, it looks like the SVHO sits slightly higher, and I'm thinking that's the issue.
Is there a SVHO hose part number for this that work better? Or is there a fix to make the SVHO intercooler work on the AR192. As I said, everything else mounts up and the hoses seat/attach correctly from what I can see.
