I have a 2021 sx195. All the test videos I saw on YouTube claimed it is a 52mph boat, the best I’ve seen is 48.8. Is this the normal top end speed?
I understand that. This was on calm water with two adults and a full tank of gas. I figured in that case if it was rated for 52!it should have done it but maybe 49 is all she wrote.
My guess is they test with one small person in the boat(160lbs) and just enough fuel to make a speed run.I understand that. This was on calm water with two adults and a full tank of gas. I figured in that case if it was rated for 52!it should have done it but maybe 49 is all she wrote.
I live in Ohio so I’m a flat lander. Pretty much no altitude and about 65 degrees
49 consistently on the water is nothing to sneeze at IMO.Yeah it sounds and feels right but of course I was hoping for more with all the hype of the svho lol
I know the newer hulls are a tad slower. I can get up to 52 with 4-5 people in the boat in my '18Yeah it sounds and feels right but of course I was hoping for more with all the hype of the svho lol
I break 50 all the time, but I can't have anyone in the bow. Did 53 once by myself, half tank.Full fuel always gets me. I've seen 49.5mph in my 212S, but the gas tank was at 1/3. Because I never like to boat without a full fuel cell, the highest I'll see on the regular is 46-48.
