TR-1 Proper Oil Level to avoid RPM loss

Makes Sense.

I have tested many times Full oil level and 1/4 level and my RPMS change between the two. I run it at 1/4 level. and get 7400 ish rpm's at circa 574' about MSL (basically lake st. clair.) Same conditions same time.

Ran engine for 5 minutes then checked.
