I am considering buying a Yamaha AR192. The lake I ski at is at 8800 ft above sea level. Gas powered boats generally lose about 4% of HP for every 1000 ft above sea level. So the boat will lose about 45% of power.
I currently have a maxum sr190 with a 190 HP
It can not really get a slalom skier up but it can get someone up on two and then we drop a ski.

I am wondering if this Yamaha will be better, worse or about the same.

Thank you for any advice.
