Yamaha AR210 2019 problem with my Connex, It will not allow me to enter in Setting

Hello Boaters, I have a Yamaha boat 2019 With 300hours. I took my boat to an authorize Yamaha mechanic and performed a 300 hours maintenance. Took the boat today for a test and pops up a message that my Port motor is maintenance due. I went to the Connex and tried to enter in the menu to go to Wellness and reset the code, But I was not able to enter in the menu. The only thing that I am allow to do is silence the alarm. Please help
