I’ve seen this video before and recall someone pointing out that people do this near them. They live on an island and they do this occasionally when needing to move the trailer between the mainland and the island. You can see he even has it secured to the side cleats. Interesting nonetheless.Don't know if he was coming or going but, maybe he lucked out and connected the bow strap as well as the transom tie downs and the trailer is suspended under the boat. It would not be the first time someone took the trailer with them on a boat ride.
