No.I have a question on the 19 ft compared to the 21 ft fsh boats. All of the photos I see show the 19 on a single axle trailer and the 21 on a double axle trailer. I assume that the single axle trailer do not have brakes whereas the double axles do.
Can the 21 ft fsh be legally and physically pulled on a single axle trailer without brakes?

Going back to my DOT officer days… Any trailer with a GVWR of over 3,000lbs has to have some sort of braking mechanism for every axle, per the fed guidelines for commercial use. A quick search shows most states require the same and some even require brakes on trailers of just 1500-2000 GVWR. Even my 1998 Prestige single axle trailer for my 98 Crownline had surge brakes.dang. even the single axle trailer under a 19 ft boat needs brakes?
