I finally get a day to myself and will be heading out to Anchor Bay, LSC and the St. Clair River to do some fishing. Will be heading out on the water at first light. If anyone is going to be out there or wants to go fishing, hit me up.

Post pics of your catch. Might as well enjoy yours since it didn’t work out so well for me. Ha!

Sounds like fun man, im jealous. Gonna be another month before i can get out. I love me some fishin days! Hit'em hard!

If I was in your area I’d meet you out there…any bite in particular that’s hot right now?

Walleye and there are reports of some early season Salmon in the river.

How do you fish on the AR210? The bow, cockpit, or swim platform?

Interested in knowing as I'm torn between getting a 220 or a 220 FSH (I will primarily cruise with my wife or solo fish on the bay.)

Jim

All three. Plus I have a Minn Kota Trolling motor on the front and a Garmin GPS chart plotter as well. I do want an FSH but the family prefers the seating of the Bowrider much more. It is a constant discussion back and forth. With spot lock and GPS navigation on the trolling motor and the hand held remote I can control it just fine from the swim deck. My Chart Plotter also swivels 360 degrees so I can see it from the bow, cockpit and swim platform.

Picture is Lake St. Clair on a nice day.

It was a nice day. I caught 1 fish. A smallmouth 23.5 inches. Biggest one I have ever seen or caught. I let it go, to grow bigger. Plus I don't like the taste of Bass. Today I was using a bottom bouncer for Walley and I just driffted and used the remote control for the Minn Kota. Sat in the Passenger seat all day with my feet kicked up drift trolling and watching College football on my phone. I need to get out and do that more :) Also what was awesome was when the fish hit, i just pressed spot lock on the remote control and it kept me right there in the 4 mph current. Makes it very convenient and safe.

Quiet time for Dad or was the family along?

Jim

Awesome ?! Sorry no wallies for you today …

Is your chart plotter also a fish finder? If so we’re you marking any fish?

Thats about a bad ass net!

Check out Tom Boleys you tube channel for walleye tips!

Yes marking fish between 24-34 feet.

Right on…should have asked this last time, do you have down or side imaging?

Try some of TB’s jigging techniques with two types of jigs he prefers. Of course he’s a pro and makes it look easy! Drop shotting with leeches looks pretty effective.

Yes i have down and side imaging. Was just relaxing to much maybe
