2019 195id premium stereo issue when switch is turned on

I recently purchased a 2019 Scarab 195ID with Kicker wake Tower and transom factory speaker upgrade. They worked fine when I purchased but first time I put it on water and flipped the switch inside glove box it caused a cracking sound and shut off. When I got home it worked fine. It has done this a couple of times not sure what is causing the issue. Also the remotes have acted up with buttons not working properly. every thing seems to be fine until I flip the switch to activate the transom and tower speakers.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with this issue.
