Ballast in a 203?

my kids are getting into walk surfing .. Considering a 223 , but the 20ft 2o3 just fits our lake better. I know ballast and surf options are available on the 223, but have any of you added ballast to your 203? Fat sacs or any other aftermarket bag? If so , did you like the result? Thanks !

@Jherndon glad to have you on board, we don't have to many Chaparral members yet so I don't know if you're going to get a good answer,

update your profile with your location and maybe there is a member close by that could lend you his ballast bags for a day to try them out,

I heard from a friend that was at Chaparral dealer meeting recently, that the Vortex 203 will be available with Twin150 for MY2016.
He said they had one as a demo and it was a great package, perfect watersport lake boat.
Maybe you should consider that option if you plan to do lots of watersport (towing).
Hopefully Chaparral will also offer it with the Aerial Surf Platform and ballast tanks.
