2008 SX230 Jet Unit Overhaul (Transom Plate)

Hello all. I am new to the forums as I just picked up a 2008 SX230. I'm going through the boat getting it ready for the short boating season up here in upstate New York, and I need some help. After removing the starboard jet unit, I've realized the transom plate is in rough shape, as are the jet units themselves. The issue is, it appears that the transom plates are no longer in production. Does anyone have a line or information on where I can source at least one? I think I can salvage the port side, but there is no way the starboard will seal. The starboard side needs a new wear ring and impeller (looking for a good line on those too) I got a good deal on the boat, so I knew some work would be required (as it was a saltwater boat), but I'm starting to think I may have made a slight mistake lol.

I think the transom plate is thought of as part of the hull on assembly more than a replaceable part....

How bad does it look? Can you post pictures? There's a good lip on it... Should seal with the pump well.

I uploaded one image, the lip is really really chewed up. It looks like someone was in there before me and used some black RTV to seal it back up because of how bad the lip was. I can get more pictures this weekend.

It's hard to tell how much is rtv and how much is chewed up. But it does not look great.

I've used waterweld between the lower plate and the hull with success. Maybe filling the lip with waterweld, jbweld or some other epoxy can be made into a permanent solution?

I'm sure others will chime in to help.
