2019-2020 ar195 seat removal

This may sound silly, but how does one remove the center port seat (no 6 in the diagram)in the 2019 or 2020 AR195? The support bar comes right out but I can't figure out how the edge that goes along the hull is secured.

Crawl into port storage compartment and look rearward along gunwhales. Should be two screws protruding down to two washers and nuts. Wasn't to hard to rea ch in my 190.
 
Great! I guess I was hoping for an easier solution... I went for a crawl and found these 2 nuts!
