5x5 Hubs on 2013 Shorelandr Tandem Trailer

Has anyone changed out their hubs on their Shorelandr trailer to a different bolt pattern? I found a good deal on some 5x5 wheels with new tires and I'm still on original hubs and bearings so I figured maybe I could bump up from the 4.5" hubs.
