ANOTHER New Forum Feature is underway....FAQ

I turned off the home page as having duplicate pages made no sense. Once we have a landing page built, we can point the home page at it.

I just want to give credit where credit is due....

Over the weekend @Bruce got the FAQ mod installed and I configured it and asked the moderators to assist with populating it, and @Murf'n'surf suggested I reach out to @Scottintexas for help as he has always been helpful in pointing out good content to add. So I reached out, and although he said he was busy, he has completely out stripped all of us with the work he's put in!!!!! Most of what you see now in the FAQ has been his handy work! He also trolled the member tips section and made sure those were represented in the FAQ as well!!!!!
