Emerald coast , crab island ?

I was down there in early June of this year. Was a vacation, as much as I would like to be a continuous resident, that just isn't in the cards.

Crystal clear and warm water. White sandy beaches. One of the best boating destinations we've been to yet.

This is an area that I have visited and boated during the off season. Does anyone have recommendations for places to stay in the area that allow boats to be parked on property? This is a must do destination for me for 2022.

I found some AirBnB properties on the "bay side" of the beach at Navarre that had large enough driveways to accommodate a boat and truck.

We really enjoyed Navarre and would do it again in a heartbeat. A few small changes along the way, but otherwise a great trip.

Noreaga point beach is a hidden gem. Like 10-20 people around total.

Home for me. Moved (PCS'd) here 7 years ago, retired (from Air Force), never leaving.

I am just west in Pcola but we frequent Destin by PWC or boat. Fishing is better in Pensacola IMO, but Destin is hands down where the good time is had.

I just recently purchased a condo in Destin. We chose this particularly condo because it has canal boat parking available in the Destin Harbor and I can leave my boat in the water when I’m there. The condo is 1 bed/1bath and is currently getting a full renovation. We will be renting the condo out through our property manager once renovations are complete. The canal boat parking has to be reserved in order to get a spot and it is $50 per night during peak season and $25 per night during non peak season. I will create a new post with information once the renovations are complete, but if anyone has any interest or questions please feel free to ask. The Zillow link below should open the sales add that was on Zillow.

Great shout. In Pcola but we love to come to Destin. I'm sure I will reach out at some point. An overnight destination that's known and accounts for the boat is attractive.

I trailered my boat from Las Vegas to Pensacola earlier this summer. We stayed on a houseboat in Seville Harbor that was really nice, but I’m glad we found this place in Destin.
