AR195 Engine Runs, No Electrical Power

Hi all, just got a 2019 AR195. Replaced original battery, have used boat for a few hours on new battery. Today when I tried to turn it on, engine will turn on but no electrical power (ie. Blower, radio, display screen, etc.). I have seen suggestions that battery could be issue, but I have used the boat with the new battery so I do not think that is the issue.
I tried to check the fuse box behind engine, however the cover did not come off as how the manual was showing. Any suggestions on how to get fuse box cover off? or any ideas what could be causing electrical issue?
