Better impeller for 2017 195 ho impulse 250hp

I’m looking to get a better hole shot and mor top speed out of my 2017 195 HO Impulse 250hp. I’m pretty sure it has a 161mm pump. What is the best upgrade from stock impeller and stainless wear ring?
