I came across this 5x6 shade with Telescopic stainless steel polls for $63 shipped from Home Depot of all places. Hoping it works alright. Figured I would share it with the group. It should be here by Friday so I will report back after the weekend.Screenshot_20230521_222659_Chrome.jpg

Thanks for the link - would be interested if it works with a minimum of hassle putting up/down. Interested in your thoughts once you try it out.

My plan is to test fit all the straps while it's in covered storage before trying it on the water. Really hoping it arrives Friday to use it this weekend. Will update soon.

Ordered one also, cant beat that price even if you have to mess with it a bit.

Please update on the fitment of the smaller one for the 19', I'm in the same boat.

I bought one from a different company for nearly twice this much and love it. Wish I would've seen this first to save a few bucks. Very easy to use once you set it up the first time.

In the advertisement it looks like the poles are inside a fitting in the boat. Are those necessary or am I looking at it wrong?

Guys not to be the naysayer, but how do the poles stay up? In the picture it doesn't look possible. I would definitely buy this to try it out.

Ok I broke down and ordered one from Home Depot. the 6 x 5

Thanks for sharing this link- the 2.5 rating (along with all the pics of broken equipment) convinced me to spend a lil more $$ and go with the OceanSouth product (4.4 rating on Amazon if we're comparing ? to ?) Chris D posted (w/pics) about here: Bimini extension

Can you link the Ocean South one?

This one is a new product from them. For those of us with T tops it’s a possible choice.

I bought one of these a while back, and while it is a universal it does the job nicely. I‘m impressed with the materials and build quality. The straps are similar to seat belt material, very smooth and flexible.

Wow those reviews suck from Amazon. Shipping to Home Depot will arrive this Friday so I will let everyone know about the fit and finish. ??

How did it work out? Which exact one did you get? Do you have a picture of it on your boat? What is your overall opinion?
