Different engine RPMs at max throttle

I don't think the fact that the boat was wet slipped impacted the RPM. So short of period for a growth.
The damage on the impeller could have been while you were cruiser to the dock or when you were getting out the dock.
It could be throttle thing, or oil overfill or all other issues, but the issue being at the pump is the most likely.

I am having the same issue on a 2019 SX210 I just bought. Does anyone know if dmronan's issue got resolved?
